M-Tac Medical Bag CLS Elite

The Elite medical bag features a single main compartment equipped with an organizer specifically adapted to the MARCH algorithm (used in the TCCC – Tactical Combat Casualty Care concept, applied at the second stage of care: Tactical Field Care, or in the yellow/green zone).

The back and side sections of the organizer are designed to store first-level medical supplies related to M (Massive Bleeding), while the flap and front sections are intended for second and third levels — A (Airway Management) and R (Respiration). A large internal mesh pocket provides additional space for essential medical equipment.

On the front panel, there is a dedicated trauma shears holder secured with webbing and a buckle. Each side of the bag includes four integrated tourniquet pouches, while elastic retention webbing inside ensures both secure fixation and rapid access to contents. The top flap integrates a glove pouch designed to accommodate up to five pairs of medical gloves. Front and rear compartments are designed to carry immobilization splints.

The CLS medical bag can be carried over the shoulder or worn on a belt using an adjustable strap and dedicated rear webbing. The upper strap configuration allows shoulder carry, while the lower configuration enables belt mounting. Additional bottom straps are intended for securing stretchers, and the front webbing can accommodate an NAR-type safety cord.

Constructed from Cordura® 500D, the bag offers excellent durability and resistance to mechanical wear. The integrated pouch straps, carry strap, trauma shears holder, and stretcher-retention webbing are made from MIL-SPEC webbing (Original MultiCam®). Buckles and zippers are supplied by WOOJIN and YKK, ensuring long-term reliability.
