- Customer account data: Duration of account plus 3 years after last activity

Upon request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information where we are not required by law to retain it.

Email sales@oneshear.com with subject line "California Privacy Request." We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Residents of the following states may have similar rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain uses of their personal information under applicable state law:

12. Children's Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
