The Heirloom Dual Sapphire Titanium CompassĀ was designed byĀ several graduate students on staff to guide them through life journeys. We wanted to make something that would last for several generations.
The frame is made from a single piece of grade 5 titanium. The top bailĀ is free spinning titanium for easy carryĀ and will not bunch up in your pocket. This designĀ is perfect for laying on a map to see through to your declination.
Remember this compass is not a "moral compass"... that is up-to you. However it will point you North,Ā South, EastĀ or West ;)
Indicator head is fully coated inĀ Swiss Super-LumiNovaĀ® Grade X1, which is the brightest possible none radioactive phosphorous to date.
