NIJ Level IIIA or Level III Protection: This PASGT helmet is available in two ballistic protection ratings to suit different threat environments. Choosing the appropriate rating ensures you are neither under-protected nor over-burdened for your mission.
NIJ Level IIIA provides reliable defense against common handgun threats, including .357 SIG and .44 Magnum, making it ideal for patrol, security, and general tactical use.
