About COML:

The COML reports directly to the Logistics Chief or Incident Commander. Responsibilities include developing plans for effective communication, managing equipment distribution, and coordinating installation and testing of communication gear. The COML oversees the Communications Technician (COMT), Radio Operator (RADO), and Incident Communications Center Manager (INCM) when these positions are filled during an incident.
