The whole flow is built to be simple:
- Order the service online. Use the online customizer tool to type out your desired text and preview roughly what your shear will look like before you commit.
- Receive a prepaid shipping label by email. You do not pay to ship your shears to us — the label lands in your inbox after purchase.
- Send in your shears. Box them up, slap on the label, and drop them off.
- We engrave and ship them back. Return shipping is covered too. The service pays for the label both directions, so the only thing you handle is the box.
